I've always been a fan of both leopard print and bold colours, so on a recent warm day I decided to pair my two loves together.I wanted to keep the outfit simple but also make a statement at the same time, it was all about getting the right balance. Both my neon orange skirt and Leopard print bag are bold and head turners, so I thought the inclusion of a white blouse and white ankle strap sandals would sharpen and give the outfit a more Summer daytime look. I added my signature gold accessories to polish the look and here it is...
Shirt - H&M
Necklace - Dorothy Perkins
Belt - Dune
Skirt - Topshop
Bag - Dune
Watch - Michael Kors
Shoes - Zara

So it's been a while since I put together a post, I've been so busy and as a result have neglected my blog. BUT now I'm back, with plenty of product reviews, outfits and fashion news for you to read about. So I thought I'd give you a snippet of what's to come in the next few weeks on my blog.
Right now there's four looks that I'm loving; Summer Leopard Print, Leather Meets Camouflage, A Little of Africa and Green Meets Blue. All are very different, very bold and very stylish. Be on the lookout for future posts, as I'll show you how I made my favourite looks my favourite Summer outfits.
In a recent post I told you how much I love Leopard print, so when I came across these beauties when writing up my 25 Purse Friendly Hot Heels post (see here) I decided to purchase them. At just £30 from Boohoo.com it was definitely a bargain.
Ankle strap sandals are so on trend right now, all over the high street and being paraded by many designers on the catwalk. Not just to be work with pretty little dresses, ankle strap sandals go with just about any outfit and can be worn casually or dressed up. I particularly like the way they add a feminine touch to an otherwise masculine outfit, like ripped boyfriend stonewash jeans, white t-shirt and black blazer.
The Cara sandals are very comfortable as they're not to high and the ankle strap is very supportive. I really love the way they have opted for a gold buckle as opposed to silver, as it makes the shoe look more expensive.
DETAILS - Heel Height 11cm/4.5". Adjustable Ankle Strap. Upper: Synthetic PU Material. Lining: Other Materials. Sole: Other Materials.
The actually leopard print is not as bright and bold as some other leopard print shoes I own, but the subtle print on this sandal doesn't detract from its style. In fact I think being subtle makes for an easier wear as it can be matched to more things.
The strap to the front of the sandal is both soft and wide, which makes it more comfortable for long wears. Though the most comfortable shoes usually have a platform at the front, the heigh of this shoe doesn't require one.
I'm use to very high heels 5"+ so at 4.5" these sandals were easy to walk in. Also as they're not too high they make great use for transition from day to night.

I love grey particularly the way it works with a wide variety of colours and prints. So when people say grey is a boring and dull colour I'm taken aback and disappointed. Though grey is certainly not as bold and bright as yellow or pink, it can be made to look just as amazing. I decided to put together a grey outfit to show critics how far from the truth their thoughts on grey really are. I've paired my fluffy grey crop 3/4 length jumper with grey Leigh skinny jeans (read my review on Topshop Leigh Skinny Jeans here), added a black faux leather oversized clutch, leopard print platform shoes and a statement necklace to bring the look together nicely. I really love the contrast of textures with the top, bringing together denim leather and pony hair. Still think grey is boring?
