Contrasting Stripes; Double Take

I've had this striped top for a while now and have been wearing the hell out of it at work, yes, it looks great smartened up with black trousers and a sleek bun and my specs. But I thought it was time I featured my star buy on the blog... finally.

Due to the delay in featuring this special piece I thought I'd do something a little different to usual, I've teamed up the top and jeans with a different bag and shoes, to give you a dressed up and little more casual look.

I started off pairing the two with orange heeled sandals from Faith which complement the colours in the top. I also added my staple black and gold cross body bag from Zara. For the second more casual look, I paired the two with flat black and gold heeled sandals and a multi-way bag (which I'm wearing as a cross0body), both from Zara. I love both looks, but the flat sandals offer the perfect comfort whilst remaining chic. Which of the two looks do you prefer?
