At long last I can finally reveal my amazing pieces from Mia Elliott, a London based designer. Last year I had the pleasure of the designer making me some custom items in this bold mustard and ruby African print material; a full midi skirt, a crop top and a head-wrap (that can also be used as a belt). I decided to wear the pieces separately to achieve multiple looks, of which this is my first.

With this outfit I decided to stick to the colours of the skirt; wearing a black deep cut bodysuit, black heeled sandals and this amazing red suede fringed bag (that I picked up from my travels in Italy in 2014).

My favourite of all the seasons is finally here - Spring - and I'm making the most of the sunny weather and the warm temperatures. Today I decided to wear one of my favourite colour combinations; red, white and navy - true nautical style. I teamed up this amazing striped off the shoulder top with white skinny jeans, a gold embellished red belt and cute red heeled sandals. I finished off the look with simple gold jewellery and a navy Michael Kors bag.

Sometimes, just sometimes, I like to dress a little formal, well working in the office that's how I should be dressing all the time. But you know, the inner rebel in me takes over more often than not, and I can be spotted wearing skinny jeans;something no so 'officey' - if that is even a word. Hmm. Anyway, today I decided to team up this navy cream striped shirt with a navy pencil and some cute stone heeled sandals, all from my favourtie retailer; Zara. I finished off the look with simple jewellery and a small navy Michael Kors bag.

I don't usually do monthly round-ups of my outfit posts, I tend to do them on a yearly basis, but I thought I'd give it a go... March 2016:

The weather in London this month was very confusing; one minute it was warm enough to go out with just a jacket and the next I was resorting to my Winter coats. But the weather didn't stop me from donning all my favourite colours and recent buys. From skinny jeans, to strappy sandals, crazy prints to daily basis; I incorporated it all into the month of March.

Big for me in March was one of my all time favourite colours; Canary. I picked up this amazing Blogger hit biker jacket from my local Zara store; I can't count the number of times I've come across fashion bloggers on Instagram sporting the exact same jacket. However, it's refreshing to see how they've all worn it very differently; from teaming it with girly dresses, to tailored trousers and boyfriend jeans.

I also picked up these crazy lemon printed trousers, which a first I was reluctant to buy. I've always been a fan of print, but have never gone for a fruit print. Though I was in love with them at first sight I was baffled about how I'd team them up with the clothes and accessories I already have, but as soon as I got home I realised just how versatile and a great bargain they really are; they go with so much.

But the Zara haul doesn't stop there; I spotted this amazing red faux leather pencil skirt and multi-coloured long sleeve online and hurried over to my local store to make sure they had them in stock. I also managed to pick up these awesome nude sandals, which I'm due to do a review on this coming April.

If it's not Levi's it's Topshop. Both pairs of skinny jeans donned this month are from Topshop, in the exact same shade and both high waisted; only difference is one is a little distressed with tears. As you may know I'm a big fan of Topshop skinny jeans and have written a couple of reviews about their range over the years, check them out (Leigh and Joni).

I'm a big fan of colour and the crazier the colour combination the more likely I am to want to sport it.  So much so I can't wait for you to see what I have in store for you for the month of April and beyond..

I love these trousers and this jacket so much that I decided to wear the again but this time together; smart meets casual, pretty floral meets tough leather. I kept the other pieces simple; white heeled sandals, white vest and my signature black Michael Kors handbag.
