"Women want to wear what they do because what goes on in their heads. Their size and shape have practically nothing to do with it."
- Elizabeth Hawes
So I decided to keep things casual this time round, causal but bold. I was feeling a little laid back and relaxed and just wanted to wear something comfortable. I teamed up grey skinny jeans with a plain grey round neck top and a pink trench (one of my recent 'Pick of the Week' features... see the post here). I finished off the look with this killer statement necklace and a black structured MK bag and black ankle strap sandals.

I soaked up the last of the Summers sun in this navy and white number I threw together the other day. I was going to stick with the nautical colours, as most people do when they have navy and white attire, but I chose lime green oppose to the typical red. I finished of the ensemble with chunky gold jewellery and gold sandals (see my review here).

I love nautical ensembles, so when I saw these fab trousers in Zara I just had to get them. They're available in an array of colours, but these were definitely my favourite of the lot. Not only are the super comfortable they look great dressed casually and smart. I wore mine with a white long sleeve crop top and gold sandals (post coming soon). Here's a sneak peek...
To get your hands on these trousers visit your local store or their website, at £17.99 you can't go wrong.
Happy shopping.

After picking up this skirt and parading it on Instagram and Facebook, I finally decided to do a post featuring it. An amazing bargain in the Zara sale, the skirt dons navy green and white sequins... a colour combination I'm very much a fan of. I decided to sexy things up with this outfit but keep the skirt the main focus, teaming the it with a white crop top and ankle strap sandals. To add a bit of bling I added a gold clutch and some chunky gold jewellery.

Though the weather may be getting a little cooler as we move into Autumn, that's not an excuse to mute your style. You can be just as bold and bright during the cooler months as you are during the warmer months. So my pick of the week this week is... the Ohiyo Opulent Bloom Suit Jacket from the never disappointing Ted Baker.
Great for all occasions; this suit jackets looks equally as amazing worn with ripped boyfriend jeans as it does with tailored trousers and a crisp white shirt. Check out how I styled it three ways (yes, I said three ways) in the coming weeks.
Worn with matching scarf (£35)
RRP £169... worth every penny!
