Bold Lace

Okay so the weather is pretty rubbish right now, apart from the few odd days here and there where we get a little bit of warmth and sunshine. On the day I shot this outfit (and a couple of others) we were fortunate to be blessed with an extra day of Summer, over here in London. So as I do, I decided to seize the oppourtunity and wear an outfit I had been meaning to feature for the past fortnight or so. 

Though I've had these pieces for a while, if you'd like to get your hands on them fear not, they are still available in store - though, unfortunately, in a limited number of sizes. I decided to team up the beautiful Emerald green lace sleeveless top from Zara with this beautiful Cobalt blue skirt from ASOS. I finished off the look with my trusted gold bag (yeah, I do wear it quite a lot don't I... ha ha) with gold platform heeled sandals, also from ASOS (sold out). 

I think this outfit would make the perfect wedding guest look, or if you're one for dressing up on a Sunday; the perfect look for church (though the top is a little transparent). To glam up the look  a little more, add a statement necklace or oversized earrings.
