Pigalle Exclusive Collection at Selfridges

Last night (13th March) I attended the Pigalle Exclusive Collection event at Selfridges with my good friend Jasmin - beauty fashion and lifestyle blogger of Just Lovely Little Things.

I hadn't previously heard much about the brand as their designs are for men. Nevertheless, having done a little research on the internet I decided to go and have a look, maybe get some inspiration for future blog posts - hey ladies, there's no need to limit yourself to just women's wear.

I was pleasantly surprised at the large amount of females that turned up to the event and in finally seeing the urban collection realised all the fuss and and the numbers that turned up was evidently justifiable. The collection featured printed t-shirts, colourful metallic separates, cool robes and comfy hoodies, amongst other things. I particularly liked the simplicity of the designs, the way they were layered and how 'street' they looked. The collection has definitely inspired me to try out more urban looks - time to get more relaxed but with a Reetah spin as per usual.

The French label showcased some of their latest garments in a short subtitled film, providing attendees with a variety of sweet cocktails, ciders and pop and an opportunity to buy some of the collection, whilst the DJ played some cool tunes.

I was able to take photos of both the collection and some of the unusual but cool outfits worn by the hip attendees. Here they are...
